Doing the dishes...everyone's least favorite chore. Or is it laundry? Either way, whatever you wash your dishes with you are ingesting it in THREE ways.
1) You are absorbing the soap through the skin on your hands as you wash them.
2) If not properly rinsed, detergent / soap residue can be ingested orally.
3) If plastic (specifically) soaks in dish soap, it will break the plastic down over-time and absorb into the material which slowly leaches back into the food / water depending on what is being stored in plastic. Not to mention you are ingesting plastic!
Oh, and baby bottles and pacifiers! Babies are just so delicate so choosing a soap that is safe is crucial in regards to their bottles, pacifiers, plates, cups, and bowls.
Remember, knowledge is power and when we know better...we can do better!
