Now listen, I have always said that I'm not a purist. Like, you do you...but some things are just going to stay toxic until I feel like I'm not wasting my money on things that just DON'T work. ]]>First of all, the overall topic here is the lymphatic system. I know, you're asking what the hell is the lymphatic system?
The lymphatic system is part of the immune system. Who knew? It keeps body fluid levels in balance and defends the body against infections. Basically, the whole lymphatic system is made up of vessels, tissues, organs, and glands. They all work together as a team. They do their thing and drain a watery fluid called "lymph" from the body. Aka if you're constantly feeling puffy, squishy, or bloated...ya, it might be your lymphatic system.
THE LYMPHATIC SYSTEM WORKS AS WASTE REMOVAL SYSTEM!
Now, what was I doing wrong? Well, all of it. Dry brushing, working out, detoxing (heavy metals), sauna, gua sha, etc...I was doing it all wrong! If you do not take proper care of your lymphatic system...sigh...you're essentially clogging a toilet. Yep, a toilet.
